Scope of Work:

4. Installation of Control & Relay Panels, Metering Panels (AMI)

5. Installation of 500kVA, 13.8kV/400‐230V, Dyn11 ONAN, 3‐phase, 60Hz, 5% impedance, oil immersed station service transformer with all appurtenances and accessories.

6. MV Cable laying-13.8kV, 1C x 630 sqmm cable laying

7. MV Cable laying-13.8kV, 3C x 240 sqmm cable laying

8. MV Cable termination-13.8kV termination kits for 13.8kV Incomers suitable for single core 630 sqmm, copper XLPE insulated cable. - only workmanship

9. MV Cable termination-13.8kV termination kits for station service transformers suitable for three‐core 240 sqmm, copper XLPE insulated cable

10. MV Cable termination-13.8kV termination kits for connection between capacitor banks and 13.8kV switchgear suitable for single core, copper XLPE insulated cable

11. MV Cable termination-400V, 3‐phase and 230V 3‐phase AC power supply system, AC main distribution board with auto transfer scheme, sub‐distribution panel boards complete with, but not limited to, breakers, wires/cables.

12. Installation of Modification work of New Al‐Uqair 380/115kV BSP Substation-Modification of existing Medium density (FOTE) and associated equipments, wiring, cabling, power supply etc alarm Annunciator/ fault recorder/ auxiliary supply & grounding of equipment and installation of telecom panel & interfacing with existing telecom panels cabling, power supply etc

Scope of Work:

1. Supply and conduit laying (3inch PVC) from main distribution panel to LPD panel, LPG panel, LPF panel & LPR panel

2. Supply and cable pulling from main distribution panel to LPD panel, LPG panel, LPF panel & LPR panel

3. Supply and installation of MDP main distribution panel with 200Amps breaker

4. Supply and installation of 12 way LPD panel with 65A main Circuit breaker (ground floor)

5. Supply and installation of 18 way LPG Panel with 65A main circuit breaker (ground floor)

6. Supply and installation of 24 way LPF panel with 65A main circuit breaker (first floor)

7. Supply and installation of 36 way LPR panel with 136A main circuit breaker (pent house)

8. Supply and conduit laying from LPD panel, LPG panel, LPF panel & LPR panel to the designated zone (outlet) as per opt-6 design

9. Supply and cable pulling from LPD panel, LPG panel, LPF panel & LPR panel to the designated zone (outlet) as per opt-6 design

10. Supply and installation of ground installation pit with 16mm copper rod, 3mtr length

11. Supply and installation of complete grounding system as per opt-6 design

12. Supply and cable laying for lightings, electrical and breaker systems as per opt-6 design

13. Supply and installation of 220volt 20amps outlet, T.V outlet connector, 3way switch, 2way switch, single way switch,

14. Supply and installation of 25W ceiling mounted CFL spot light, 4x25W ceiling mounted CFL spot light, 2x25W cieling mounted CFL spot light for wardroob buffet and w.c area, Dimmer light,

15. Supply and installation of intercom system in gate area to kitchen

1. Suppy, Fabrication & installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical work related to HVAC system

b. Suppy, Fabrication & installation, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC duct rectangular and spiral duct as per drawing and specification and SEC/SMACNA standard Low Velocity duct construction std all duct are made of plain galvanized sheet materials conforming to ASTM A-653 std

2.Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of duct support by angle & C-channel with hot dip galvanized, threaded rod, nut, washer & anchor hot.

3. Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of duct insulation as per bided drawing.

4. Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of grill, diffusers, Fresh Lover, Sand Trap Louver, Back Draft Damper, Pressure Relief Damper and Bell mouth with wire mesh for supply Return & Exhaust as per the drawings

5.Supply and installation of Stainless steel duct in Battery room
